This grove of birch trees is at the base of the Mount Washington Auto Road, Pinkham Notch, NH. It is becoming more difficult to find healthy birch trees in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. Sense taking this photograph several years ago this grove has seen a lot of dieing trees. This makes for a lot of clutter in the photo. I was laying on the ground with a wide angle lens for this composition.
