Description
In the 1990’s the Mt. Washington Observatory started running various workshops to the summit of Mt. Washington. For a fee they take you to the summit in a snow cat. The workshop includes a overnight adventure on the summit. One of these workshops is one that focuses on winter photography. These workshops gives you great access to the summit of Mt. Washington the home of the worlds worst weather. We were blessed with 2 days of clear conditions and no wind. We were also in a temperature inversion where the summit was warmer than the valley. This Photograph shows the summit observatory building with the Presidential Range in the background.
