Description
This photograph of Mt. Washington and The Presidential Range is in the White Mountain National Forest of New Hampshire’s White Mountains and was taken one fall afternoon. I found this location years ago and got permission from the property owner to photograph on their land. This is a beautiful vista that shows the Presidential Range and Conway Lake. There are multiple of compositions at this site, this being one of them. The color here peaks 2 weeks later than up in the higher elevations. The afternoon light gave great color and contrast to the photograph.
