This photograph Eaton Church and Crystal Lake was taken one Thanksgiving morning many years ago. The southern part of Carroll County had picked up a couple on inches of snow. The temperature that morning was zero,but there was no wind. I remember staying out for 4 hours at this location taking many images, the time just flew by. It was fun shooting the Eaton Church in the winter with Crystal Lake still free of ice. The sun being so low in the sky helped give contrast to the image.
